Hard to believe it is already May! 🌷 In Bozeman, there was a decrease in median sales price for single-family homes and condominiums/townhomes while days on market increased. Bozeman single-family homes resulted in an end of month inventory of 228, while there were only 146 condominiums/townhomes. Big Sky saw a HUGE jump in median sales price for both single-family homes and condominiums/townhomes!
